We’ve been taking this class for over two years now (yep, I did it while I was pregnant too!). We just love it, both for the exercise and the social time as well. And, yes, I am breastfeeding during boat pose (second photo down). Clearly, I deserve a gold medal.

that’s so cool! i also love that one of miss lebya with her legs up on the wall :-) she must be one of the most accomplished under-2 yogis in the area!! :-)
