Hanukkah Crafts and Activities

We’ve been getting ready for Hanukkah that begins tonight at sundown. Earlier in the month we shared some Hanukkah themed crafts we found on Pinterest. Here are some other fun crafts and activities we’ve been enjoying at our house.

We’ve been playing with the felt menorah that we made last year:

  1. We have the same KidKraft menorah. Shayna loves it! There is also a Little People Hanukkah set that is usually hard to get, but a lot of fun to play with. Shayna uses them year round. KidKraft makes some great Judaic themed wooden toys though. Happy Chanukkah!

  2. We need the wooden latkes, since making the real thing always ends up with a smoky house (I think we heat the oil too much) and holiday pictures that seem a little too smoky and ethereal.
